Welcome to Exmouth!

Open all year round, Carberry Lodge is a modern bed and breakfast in a quiet location on the edge of Exmouth town centre.

Our twin and double rooms offer superb west facing views across the River Exe and the Estuary. We also offer that rare treasure: a cosy single room with full facilities, and all our rooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Carberry Lodge has a relaxed atmosphere: breakfast is cooked to order, and you will be able to come and go with your own keys.

A short distance from the M5 motorway and Exeter Airport, you'll find Exmouth is an unspoilt traditional Devon seaside town.

Convenient location

Carberry Lodge Bed and Breakfast is conveniently accessible within Exmouth. With off-road parking for two cars outside the front door, it is close to a local bus route, 15 minutes' walk from Exmouth Town Centre, and within walking distance of Exmouth's bus and railway station. If you're coming by public transport, we can pick you up and drop you off.

A popular holiday destination, Exmouth is also a convenient base for visiting friends and relatives at Plymouth University's Rolle College, and the Royal Marines' Commando Training Centre in nearby Lympstone.
