Relax in our lovely, comfortable rooms, all with good sized purpose built ensuites.

Carberry Lodge was greatly extended and an upstairs created by us in 2007. A lot of thought and care has been put into the design to give our guests a very comfortable stay

There are three upstairs bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Therefore the maximum number of guests we can take is five.

Staying at Carberry Lodge B&B in Exmouth

The house has central heating and full double glazing.
All the rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a window.
For added luxury and comfort they also have heated towel rails and mirror demisters.
Guests are provided with towels, toiletries and hairdryers.
Each room has a digital freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. WiFi is available.
The decoration creates a seaside holiday atmosphere with all new furniture and furnishings.
Each bedroom has its own key along with a front door key so that guests can come and go as they please.
Rooms are available from 3pm onwards, if coming after 6pm please let us know.
Guests are requested to vacate rooms on day of departure by 11 am.
We are happy to store any luggage or equipment securely to collect later if necessary.
There is a drying room for wet boots and coats etc.

No children under 12

Bedroom 1 - Single Room

This is a single room at the rear of the house.

It has a large velux window with a blind making it light and airy.

The ensuite also has a velux window and contains a thermostatic power shower, vanity basin unit and dual flush toilet.

Bedroom 2 - Twin Room

This is a twin room at the front of the house. The view is absolutely fantastic looking towards the estuary and over the town.

This is a double bedded room at the front of the house. The view is amazing looking down over the estuary and town.

We offer 1 double room, 1 twin room and 1 single room, at rates of £30 - £40 pppn. We are open for Bed and Breakfast all year round.

Sorry, we can not provide lodging for children under 12 or pets. We accept payment by debit / credit cards, cash or cheques.
