Open all year round, Carberry Lodge is a modern bed and breakfast in a quiet location on the edge of Exmouth town centre.
Carberry Lodge B&B was the winner of Exmouth in Bloom's Guest House category in 2008.
Our twin and double rooms offer superb west facing views across the Exe Estuary to the hills and sea beyond. We also offer that rare treasure: a cosy single room with full facilities, and all our rooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Carberry Lodge B&B has a relaxed atmosphere: a full English breakfast is cooked to order, and you will be able to come and go with your own keys.

Carberry Lodge Bed and Breakfast is conveniently accessible within Exmouth. With off-road parking for two cars outside the front door, it is close to a local bus route, 15 minutes' walk from Exmouth Town Centre, and within walking distance of Exmouth's bus and railway station. If you're coming by public transport, we can pick you up and drop you off.
A popular holiday destination, Exmouth is also a convenient base for visiting friends and relatives in Exmouth or University of Exeter, and the Royal Marines' Commando Training Centre in nearby Lympstone.
The newly opened Exe Estuary Trail, located at the bottom of the road, allows an easy walk up the estuary to the picturesque village of Lympstone.
